The exhibition, by photographer Nguyen A, is at the Hanoi Exhibition House, 45 Trang Tien Street, and follows a successful showing in HCM City from November 12-22.
After two years in the making, the 600 photos will help share the real lives of 90 disabled people to visitors. Many characters in Nguyen A’s photos will attend the exhibition to meet and talk to the audience.
Nguyen A recently spoke at several local schools and universities about his work and the people in his photos, illustrating his subjects’ strength while raising awareness of social issues.
A was once best known for being a wedding and portrait photographer, but has now won many local and international awards after crossing over into fine art photography.
