181 members of 10th Party Central Committee announced
Bui Quang Vinh, Party Secretary of the northern mountainous province of Lao Cai was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment while Nguyen Minh Quang, Party Chief of Lai Chau province was assigned as the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
The PM also appointed Truong Tan Tien, chief of the Ministry of Transportation’s Planning and Investment Department, as this ministry’s Deputy Minister.
