Ninh Binh football club will pay 100 million dong a month to Coach Le Thuy Hai and a one billion dong bonus if Ninh Binh takes the V-League 2010 championship.

Ninh Binh has dismissed three coaches in the last three months. This club signed a three-year contract with the former Brazilian coach of the national squad, Tavares, dismissed him over one month later. Ninh Binh invited Le Thuy Hai and Nguyen Hong Son to replace Tavares, but they refused.
The club, therefore, appointed the Singaporean R. Lim of its young team as the coach. With one win, one draw and one losing match at V-League, R. Lim was considered an ineffective coach, so he was sent back to the young team.
Managing director Tran Tien Dai was the temporary coach when Ninh Binh defeated Nam Dinh 2-0 last weekend, but Dai doesn’t want to coach and manage this club. He is also the representative for several football players at the First Division tournament and the V-League.
Ninh Binh invited Le Thuy Hai and Nguyen Hong Son again. The former player of the national squad refused, while Hai went to Ninh Binh on March 17 to discuss a contract. After a five-hour meeting, the two sides reached an agreement.
Hai is committed to bring Ninh Binh to the top teams of V-League 2010 to earn his 100 million dong a month. If Ninh Binh wins the National Cup, Hai will receive a 500 million dong bonus and up to 1 billion dong if the team ranks top or second at V-League 2010. The two sides plan to sign the contract on March 18.
Hai is the most successful coach in the history of V-League. He helped LG Hanoi ACB to rank fifth at V-League, the best result for this team so far. Binh Duong won the V-League championship in 2007 and 2008 under Hai’s instruction. At V-League 2009, Hai helped The Cong stay with V-League.
This coach is also praised for his ability to control players.
Ninh Binh currently ranks the fifth after five matches. Hai will have his first match with Ninh Binh against Hoa Phat Hanoi at Hanoi’s Hang Day stadium on March 21, in the sixth round of V-League.
